Turn your industry expertise into working software.

You know the industry, the customers and where the current tools fall short. Work directly with me, Imran, to shape the product and carry it through design, development and a tested release.

For businesses without an in-house engineering team. I bring product judgment and hands-on technical delivery. Your domain experts help decide what is useful and whether the result gets the work right.

Scope and price agreed upfront. Support or handover agreed before launch.

Build around what your business knows.

Your expertise lives in the decisions people make, the exceptions they handle and the trust customers place in them. We work through that context together and turn the useful parts into product behavior.

That can mean a customer product, an internal operating tool or a complete feature in an existing system. The starting point is a real job the software needs to do, supported by data your business has permission to use.

A clear path from the idea to a release.

Start where the project needs it. When the idea is still taking shape, discovery and a prototype define the next decision. When the work is ready, agree a build with a clear endpoint.

  1. Start with your industry and workflow.

Work with the people who know the customers, daily work and difficult exceptions. Agree the problem, who the product serves, the constraints and the evidence that would make the investment worthwhile.

  2. Make the product idea reviewable.

Use a prototype to work through the main workflow and product decisions before committing to a build. Check the proposed behavior with your domain experts and intended users, and define a useful first release.

  3. Define and build the complete scope.

Agree the features, acceptance criteria, dependencies, responsibilities and price. Carry that scope through interface design, business rules, data, permissions and integrations. Use AI where it helps the work and fits the agreed security boundaries.

  4. Test the release and prepare for launch.

Check the complete workflow, failure states and access rules against the agreed criteria. Prepare the release in approved infrastructure, make the remaining risks visible and launch through the acceptance process we agreed.

  5. Agree who runs it next.

Name the owner for operation, support, access and future changes. Set up the documentation and handover that owner needs. Continuing work with me or a transfer to another team is a separate, explicit agreement.

Know what you are buying and what you keep.

Each engagement names its deliverables. A build carries the agreed work through the complete system, with the checks, release preparation and operating responsibilities it needs.

A product and workflow brief

The user, problem, operating context, constraints and decisions that shape the product.

A reviewable prototype

The main workflow and interaction decisions, ready for feedback before the build scope is agreed.

A defined build agreement

The complete release scope, acceptance criteria, dependencies, responsibilities, schedule and price.

Working software and release evidence

The agreed features, supporting system, checks and a record of what reached the intended environment and was accepted.

A launch and operating plan

Approved infrastructure, data and access boundaries, release steps and named owners for ongoing operation.

A support or handover path

Agreed code and account access, documentation and responsibility for maintenance and future work.

Clear responsibility on both sides.

You lead the business decisions.

Your named owner sets priorities, brings the domain experts, approves the intended behavior and accepts the result. Your business approves the use of its information and the people who can access it.

I carry the product and technical work.

I turn the agreed problem into a reviewable product, design and implement the scope, and make the checks and release evidence clear. We agree infrastructure, security requirements and the support owner before the system goes into use.

Judge the result by the work it supports.

Agree how to check the release before building it. Follow whether people can complete the intended task, where the workflow fails, which defects appear and what operating support it needs.

Choose a business measure with your accountable owner and define where its evidence comes from. A prototype, a tested build and an accepted release each answer a different question. We record the stage the work has actually reached.

Before we start.

Do we need an engineering team to start?

No. This path is for businesses without an in-house engineering team. You bring the people who understand the industry, customers and operation. I work directly with them as the product and technical partner for the agreed scope. We name a business owner who can make product decisions and accept the work.

Can you build a whole product?

We can agree a complete product or a complete feature as the delivery scope. Discovery establishes the boundaries, dependencies and what a useful release requires. The build agreement names what is included, how it will be checked and who is responsible for decisions and operation.

Does the product have to use AI?

The customer or operating problem comes first. AI can be part of the solution when it helps and its use is appropriate for the data, reliability and security requirements. A conventional software workflow may be the better choice.

What happens after launch?

We agree the support owner and operating responsibilities before launch. You can discuss ongoing product and technical support with me, or a documented handover to an internal or external team. The coverage, capacity and price of ongoing work are agreed separately.

What does it cost and how long does it take?

We agree the scope, responsibilities, schedule and price before paid work starts. An early discovery or prototype can stand alone when the build still needs definition. A ready project can move into a defined build agreement without an open-ended commitment.

Bring the workflow you want to turn into software.

We will discuss the problem, what you already know and what a useful first release could do. Then we agree whether discovery, a prototype or a defined build is the right next scope.
